1. AM Blast: Mon/Wed/Fri @ 8:30AM w/ Emily
MON: a fun mix of full body strength training, cardio and core work
WED: Speed and agility training day. If fun, creative cardio is your jam this class is for you.
FRI: a lower impact, focused resistance band workout mixed with intentional cardio, and core work
2. Kupuna Hour Mon/Fri @ 10am w/ Emily
Kupuna hour is for our 60+ years old members. This class focuses on building strength and muscle, stability and injury/fall prevention, core strength and overall cardiovascular health.
3. BARRE Tues / Thurs @11:30am w/ Darice
barre blends ballet/ Pilates / yoga / strength training with small, controlled movements to tone muscles, improve posture, and build feminine strength. It’s low-impact, elegant, and leaves you feeling strong, lifted, and lengthened. Darice has over 30 years of experience in group fitness.
4. Strong + Mobility Mon @ 4:45pm w/ Vol
Strong is a spicy blend of plyometrics, primal flow, and HIIT to tempo music. This class will leave you feeling powerful and sweaty! Vol ends each session with an intentional mobility flow mat work to stretch and decompress the body.
5. Yoga for All Tues @ 4:45pm w/ Ara
It says it perfectly in the class title. This format of yoga is for everyone and anyone. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner, or an excited beginner- Ara has the perfect blend and format for you.
6. Muscle WOD Tues @ 8:45am / Wed @ 4:45pm w/ Whitt
Muscle WOD (workout of the day) is all about working the weights. This class focuses on building strength through weightlifting and focused, intentional curated WODs. We lift, run, do burpees. It's everything and some!
7. FITMAMA + Keiki Thurs @ 10am w/ Hollie & Ara
A class especially for our Prenatal + Postpartum mamas, and every Mama in between! Session is Split into two sections: Strength + Mobility. All exercises directly correlate with the movements mamas need to do all the Mama things. We focus on injury prevention and body preservation. Stretch to end the session with intentional mobility that helps us mamas move through our days with a little more fluidity.
8. Yoga Sculpt Thurs @ 4:45pm w/ Ara
A fun, feisty format that flirts strength training with yoga movements. High volume reps, killer mobility segments, and bursts of HIIT, yoga Sculpt will leave you feeling the burn in a new, refreshing type of way.
9. Boxing Fundamentals Thurs / Sat @ 8:30am w/ Coach Oli
A comprehensive,foundational approach to building boxing skills. Participants will learn proper form, breathing, and overall body awareness in this combative traditional boxing format. Open to all levels. Build skill and technique while getting a hardcore workout.
10. Baddies Sun @ 5:30pm w/ Madi
Start the week on a Sunday with this challenging yet super empowering evening class. Madi mixes HIIT with a wide array of cardio modalities to leave you feeling worked in the best way possible. If you're a cardio lover, this is your class! Fast paced but open to all levels.
11. Booty + Barbell Sat @ 7:30am w/ Trixy
This early morning weekend session blends comprehensive barbell strength training with fun, challenging METCONs. Participants will focus on form and strength building, while sculpting the body and feeling a killer burn. No barbell experience needed. Come learn to lift in a safe, welcoming environment.
12: Pau Hana Lifts Level I Fri @ 5pm w/ Vol + Kayse
Weightlifting 101! If you want to learn how to lift weights properly, with good form, guided instructions, and in a supportive environment this class is for you. It's hype, it's wahine driven and it's a great way to feel powerful. Participants build on their skills weekly, learn how to pair accessory work with the bigger focal lifts. You'll gain body awareness through trainer cues. All levels welcome.

1. Youth Strength & Conditioning Mon @ 3:15pm w/ Whitt + Harley
Open to youth ages 8-13 looking to build foundational athleticism for a cross spectrum of sports. Youth will learn basic weightlifting, plyometrics, cardiovascular endurance comprehension, and more. Sports are more than just building skills. It's an opportunity to gain critical life character building and problem solving abilities. We focus on building the individual athlete complimenting their natural abilities.
2. Youth Striking / Kickboxing Thurs @ 3:15pm w/ Dan Ash + Harley
Youth learn a blend of kickboxing and Muay Thai techniques in a comprehensive format for ages 7-13yo. Participants are expected to be respectful, come to class ready, and have a positive attitude with themselves and others. Boxing gloves are required. All levels welcome. This is a contact sport but we do not spar unless youth are experienced and have been working with our coaches for some time.
