This new and so overdue venture is something I'm excited to offer in 2024. This ongoing series will be geared towards women trying to conceive, current hapai expecting mamas, and postpartum mamas. In this non formal space, we'll focus on many things related to motherhood. Some of those things include restorative fitness, strengthen our various essential birthing muscles (this includes but not limited to pelvic floor work) breath work, intentional fitness at all stages of pregnancy and post-natal, recovery care, pre pregnancy body priming, nutrition, building fortitude and mental strength, safe space conversation circles, and more. Beyond just the physical aspect of this series, I'm excited to build on the topics we women often need to talk, ask and share with other fellow mamas in the game. Expecting mamas, you'll have a group of seasoned moms to ask your questions to without feeling ashamed to share. Seasoned mamas you'll have the support you need to get those emotions off your chest and share in a judgment free zone. Laugh, workout, learn, and create an enjoyable motherhood experience for yourselves and each other.
